We don’t make our employees work at late. In fact, We encourage them to leave after they have worked 8 hours. We believe that working late will result in: 1. A decrease in efficiency and creativity. 2. An increasingly unhappy family. 3. And ultimately an increased desire to work elsewhere. Believe it or not, I want my employees to have a life outside of the office. We believe that happy employees = higher quality work. Do you agree with this style of management?
